1. Personal data we will process
- Your name and email address (phone optional)
- Date, time and place of birth, and the coordinates and time zone derived from the place
- Only for Kundli Milan: the same birth details for your partner
- Only for the Baby Name Report: your child’s birth details (name optional)
- Only for the Numerology Report: the name spellings you provide
2. Specific purpose
To calculate the astrological chart(s), generate the report you ordered, email it to you, and handle corrections, refunds or complaints about that order. Nothing else.
3. How long we keep it
Birth details and the PDF are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you separately ask us to keep them. Payment records are kept as tax law requires.
4. Withdrawing consent and your rights
You can withdraw consent, or ask us to access, correct or erase your data, by emailing support@kundlireports.com. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. If you withdraw before your report is generated, we cannot create it and will refund you.
5. Other people’s data
If you enter a partner’s details, you confirm that they have agreed. If you enter a child’s details, you confirm you are their parent or lawful guardian.
6. Complaints
Contact our Grievance Officer at support@kundlireports.com. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
