About the reports
What language are reports in?
Reports are available in English or Hindi. Choose the report language on the order form; Hindi PDFs have the full interpretation, tables, chart labels and disclaimers in Hindi.
Is a human astrologer involved?
No. Charts are calculated by software and interpretations come from a library written with AI assistance and edited by people. Each PDF states this.
Which system do you follow?
Vedic (Parashari) astrology in the sidereal zodiac with the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa, whole-sign houses, mean nodes and Vimshottari dasha.
What if I don’t know my exact birth time?
You can still order. Sections that depend on the ascendant and houses will be marked as time-sensitive. If you later find a more precise time, we regenerate once free within 7 days.
How long are the reports?
From about 6–8 pages (Numerology) to about 18–24 pages (Complete Life Kundli); length varies with the chart. Each product page lists the typical length.
Ordering & payment
How do I pay?
By UPI: scan the QR code (or tap “Pay with UPI app” on your phone), pay the exact amount with your order ID in the note, then enter the 12-digit UPI transaction reference (UTR). Card and international payments are coming soon.
Are there hidden charges?
No. The price shown is the total amount you pay by UPI.
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally, with a real stated end date. We never show fake “original” prices or countdown timers.
Can I order for someone else?
Yes, with their permission. For Kundli Milan you must confirm your partner has agreed; for a Baby Name Report you must be the parent or guardian.
Delivery & refunds
When will I receive my report?
Within 24 hours of your order. We verify each UPI payment manually, then email the PDF.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if not delivered within 24 hours or if we process your data incorrectly. Free regeneration for typos within 7 days. No refund for disagreeing with interpretations after delivery.
I can’t find the email.
Check spam or promotions, then email support@kundlireports.com with your order reference and we will resend it.
Privacy & safety
How long do you keep my birth details?
90 days after delivery, then they are deleted automatically — unless you ask us to keep them for future orders.
Does the free kundli tool send my data to you?
No. It calculates entirely in your browser.
Will a report tell me about my health?
No. We do not make health predictions or recommend cures. Please consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
