1. Who we are
“Kundli Reports”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of kundlireports.com. These Terms form an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000 between you and us when you use the site or place an order.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a report. If you order a report about a child (for example a Baby Name Report), you must be the child’s parent or lawful guardian.
3. What you are buying
- Each report is a digital PDF generated by software from the details you submit. Charts are calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris using the Lahiri ayanamsa; interpretations are drawn from a text library written with AI assistance and edited by people. No human astrologer reviews individual reports unless a product page explicitly says so.
- Product pages describe contents and typical length. Minor variation in page count is normal because reports depend on your chart.
- Reports are delivered by email (see the Delivery Policy).
4. Nature of astrology — no guarantees
Astrology is a traditional system that is not scientifically validated. Reports are provided for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment. We do not guarantee any outcome, event, timing or result, and nothing we provide is medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or tax advice. Please read the full Disclaimer.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) on every report page and on our Pricing page. The price shown is the total you pay, inclusive of all applicable taxes; there are no shipping, handling, convenience or other hidden charges. International payments are not yet available.
- Payment is by UPI to our account using the QR code or UPI-app button shown at checkout. You must pay the exact order amount and submit the UPI transaction reference (UTR). Your order is accepted once we verify that payment; we never ask for your UPI PIN.
- If we cannot match your UTR to a received payment, we will contact you by email; orders without a verified payment are not processed.
- Any discount shown will state its real end date. We do not use fake “original prices”, countdown timers or pre-ticked add-ons.
- If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will tell you before processing and you may cancel for a full refund.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate birth details. Reports are only as accurate as the data supplied.
- If you submit another person’s details (for example a partner for Kundli Milan), you confirm that person has agreed.
- Use reports for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell or republish them.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. In short: reports are emailed within 24 hours; you may cancel free of charge before your report is generated; full refunds apply for non-delivery or our error; approved refunds are issued within 2 business days and normally credited within 5–7 working days. We charge no cancellation fee. Because reports are personalised digital content generated at your request, you are asked at checkout to request immediate delivery; where the law gives you a withdrawal right (for example in the EU/UK), you acknowledge that it ends once delivery begins.
8. Intellectual property
The website, report designs and interpretation texts belong to us or our licensors. The report generator’s calculation code is published under the GNU AGPL-3.0 licence, as required by the Swiss Ephemeris licence.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a report. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

11. Grievances
Our Grievance Officer’s name, designation and contact details are on the Contact & Grievance page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt, as required by Rule 4 of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach the consumer commission where you reside, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
