What can we help with?
- Payment checks: if you paid by UPI but entered the wrong UTR, reply with the correct 12-digit reference and the amount paid.

- Corrections: a typo in your name or birth details within 7 days — we regenerate the report free (see the Refund Policy).
- Delivery: report not received after 24 hours — see the Delivery Policy, then email us.
- Privacy requests: access, correction or deletion of your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
