What we deliver
Kundli Reports sells digital products only: personalised astrology reports in PDF format. We do not sell or ship any physical goods (no printed books, gemstones, yantras or courier parcels), so there is no shipping address, no shipping or handling fee, and no courier tracking.
How delivery works
- You place your order and receive an order ID.
- You pay the exact amount by UPI (QR code or UPI app) with the order ID in the payment note, and submit the 12-digit UPI transaction reference (UTR).
- We verify the payment against our bank statement, then generate your report and email the PDF as an attachment.
- Bundles arrive as separate PDFs in the same email.
Delivery timelines

If we miss the 24 hours promise for a reason on our side, you are entitled to a full refund (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). If the UTR you entered does not match a payment we received, we will email you within 24 hours to resolve it; the 24-hour clock starts once a matching payment is confirmed.
Where we deliver
Reports are delivered by email, so they can be received anywhere in India and worldwide. Payments are currently accepted in Indian rupees by UPI only; international payments are coming soon.
Delivery charges
None. The price shown on each report page and on our Pricing page is the total you pay — there are no shipping, packaging, handling, convenience or delivery charges.
Didn’t receive it?
- Check your spam, promotions or updates folder for mail from support@kundlireports.com.
- Make sure the email address you entered was correct.
- Email support@kundlireports.com with your order reference and we will resend it.
What arrives in the email?
- Your report as a PDF attachment (bundles as separate PDFs), named with your order reference.
- A short summary of the birth details used, so you can spot any typo quickly.
- Links to our Disclaimer and Refund Policy.
Please keep a copy of the PDF: birth details and generated reports are deleted from our systems 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
